These Exercises Rock!

With Thanksgiving a week away, followed by the festive, food-filled month of December, I’m trying to add in a few more exercise sessions each week so I can enjoy the goodies the season has to offer.  These five moves are such great toners – in fact, they are virtually identical to the ones we do in my Bar Method class.  If you haven’t been able to get to a Bar Method class, try these at home. I guarantee you’ll feel them where they count!
